About this policy

Crazy Jelly is an Android game published by Robaulks Games in Queensland, Australia. This policy applies to the Crazy Jelly mobile app.

Information stored on your device

Crazy Jelly stores game progress and preferences locally on your device. This may include your high score, collected beans, unlocked cosmetic items, game count, and sound or gameplay settings.

Robaulks Games does not require you to create a separate Robaulks Games account and does not ask for your contacts, precise location, photos, files, camera, or microphone access.

Google Play Games Services

Crazy Jelly uses Google Play Games Services for platform authentication and the global High Scores leaderboard. If Play Games is enabled for your Google Account, Google may process your Play Games profile information, player identifier, game activity, and the high score submitted by Crazy Jelly.

Your leaderboard display name and profile image come from your Play Games profile. Robaulks Games does not receive your Gmail address through the leaderboard and does not operate a separate account or leaderboard database.

Crazy Jelly continues to work when Play Games is unavailable or you are not authenticated. Your local best score and game progress remain stored on your device. The current version does not use cloud saved games.

Advertising and consent

Crazy Jelly uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertising and Google’s User Messaging Platform to request and manage privacy choices where required.

Google and its advertising partners may process information such as your IP address, device and advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from your IP address, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information. This information may be used for ad delivery, fraud prevention, measurement, and—where you have consented—personalised advertising.

Where consent is required, Crazy Jelly asks for it before requesting ads. A privacy-options control is provided in the game when Google determines it is required, allowing you to review or change your choices.

How long information is kept

Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall the app. Play Games leaderboard information and advertising information processed by Google are retained according to Google’s policies, your Google Account settings, and your privacy choices.

Children’s privacy

Crazy Jelly is not specifically directed to children under 13. Robaulks Games does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Parents or guardians with a concern can contact us using the address below.
